Q: What happens when an item is out-of-stock?
A: Should you order an item that is currently out of stock you will receive an email with that information within a business day. **Note - We most likely have your item en route to our shipping facility already and will be able to process your order as soon as it arrives. We will contact and let you know if there is any lead time between facilities.
Q: May I have my purchasing department create a Purchase Order ( PO ) Enna products?
A: Yes, Enna accepts company purchase orders. Please fax the PO to +1 360-756-5030 or email email@example.com. Someone will contact you shortly to confirm your order.
Q: What payment methods does Enna accept?
A: Enna accepts company checks, wire transfers, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
Q: Will Enna special order or create custom merchandise that is not currently listed on the website?
A: Yes, please contact us and we will get as much detail as possible and provide you with a quote for custom materials.
Q: Does Enna offer discounts for large purchases?

Q: How do I check the status of an order?
A: You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. As well, you can login to your account online and check the status 24 hours a day/ 365 days a year.
Q: If I place an order today, when will my order ship?
A: At Enna we aim to ship your order either the day received, or the following business day depending upon availability. Orders received after 2pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
Q: Does Enna keep its products in-stock and immediately available for delivery?
A: Yes, Enna keeps most items in stock and ready for delivery. However, signs, customized products and large Participant Workbook orders (>100) do require a short lead time for fulfillment. Please contact customer service for lead-times.
Q: Does Enna ship outside of the US and Canada ?
A: Yes, Enna ships around the world and has distributors set up in different regions in order to reduce shipping times.
Q: What does shipping cost?
A: Enna strives to ensure that shipping rates are economical and competitive. Shipping costs depend on shipping method selected and products ordered. We have several options available to our customers:
- For U.S. orders Enna offers Next Day, Next Day Saver, Two Day, Three Day and Ground service.
- For Canadian orders Enna offers UPS Standard and Global Express Mail.
- For International orders outside of the U.S. & Canada , Enna offers USPS Global Express Mail (EMS) and Airmail Parcel Post
Q: Does Enna accept returns?
A: Yes, Enna accepts returns of unused, saleable products that have been ordered no longer than 15 days prior. We will refund the cost of your order minus the shipping and a small restocking fee. For a full description please go to our Returns Page.
Q: Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
A: USPS options will ship to a PO Box, however FedEx and UPS will not.
Q: I just received my Enna order. Why does Enna use Rapid Fill® Bags rather than Styrofoam peanuts or a large amount of bubble wrap?
A: Enna values our environment, therefore we are committed to using air cushions that are 100% recyclable and far less destructive to the environment than Styrofoam peanuts.
Q: Can I customize certain aspects of solution packages?
A: Yes, include what you are looking to change in your order online or on the phone.
Q: Do you carry products in languages other than English?
A: Yes, We carry most everything also in Spanish. Also we carry some select French posters.
Q: Do you have audio book versions of your literature?
A: At the current time just one, 100% Leadership. If demand increases we will publish more.
Q: I'm new to Lean, 5S, and Enna, where should I start?
A: Our solution packages represent the culmination of the company's experience and research into the methods of process improvement and their application in improving organizations. If you want to start in a cheap way, you can look into one of Enna’s inspirational teachers books; Fundamental Principles of Lean Manufacturing by Shigeo Shingo. Or if you want to jump right into it you can order a set of our organizational red tags.
Q: I understand the cost of my Lean plan but what am I looking at for upkeep?
A: Obviously this depends on what you’re implementing and your business size. But keep in mind Enna offers the best possible deals on replenishing and supporting your ongoing 5S programs with competitively priced and extremely accessible refill packs.
